Over the course of her career, singer songwriter/guitar player Karrie O’Neill has brought
unique styles and emotions to those who have supported the music she creates. Her ability to manipulate her vocals to belt out Patty LaBelle as well as the whisper-like tones of Nora Jones has brought her audiences throughout a night from clapping and cheering one moment to crying in the next as she captures the emotions of the songs, she performs with her guitar playing and vocals.
Her first music production “Timekeeprs Dream” was recorded in Rathdrum, Id.
Producer Cris Lucas took the new and raw singer songwriter in Karrie and created an eclectic sound that took her vocals, writing and guitar playing to a new level.
Her second release “Unrequited Love” was produced in Spokane, Wa. Vocal mixes completed at Robert Lang studios and mastered in London by Mandy Parnell. World class horn players Curt Ramm and Bill Holloman who tour with the likes of Duran Duran and Nile Rogers play on five of the tracks.
Tasha Larae from Arrested Development sang harmonies and Gemi Taylor some lead guitar.
The producer “Kit” was mostly behind the scenes and took Karrie’s vocals, new writing and electric guitar playing and turned them into something much larger than was intended for a tour that unfortunately never happened.
This unforeseen event landed Karrie on Maui in 2017 where she recorded her 3rd release. The Single called Day Break was produced at Root Cellar studios up in Kula with David Whitney. Class act musicians I-Goodfriend of Maui and Willy Wainwright both who have toured played on this single as well.
She is currently living in Reno, Nv and is working on her third full release which is being engineered out in Carson, City by Pistachio Productions. Karrie is getting to produce her own music this time around with the help, love and flexibility of ALL that are currently involved in this new release due out in 2023.
You can currently find her playing all over the Reno/Tahoe area.
